Some of the people that live in this park, though they aren't immediate neighbors to me, aren't very good people. I guess maybe their reasons range from ignorance of definitions of two worded phrases to hypocrisy to jealousy.

Of course even back when dregs didn't live here, save for the ones at the very top of the park, it was pretty boring and not a good place to raise a kid. A proper neighborhood feel is what it needs but that won't happen for at least a century.
I will give credit though that UMH did clean it up quite a bit. The fresh road surface is quite an improvement over the failing one the previous owner left us with.
